I have been using a Theragun Pro massage unit for several months and it is awesome at relieving those minor aches and pains that come with exercising. However, the Pro unit weighs almost 3 lbs and it is bulky to travel with. Enter this Mini Theragun which is light and easy to travel with. It works almost as well as the Pro but with slightly lower intensity, but is far more easier to hold and put into a travel bag, or gym bag (although I have yet to take it to the gym). The Mini form factor allows me to hold it easily in my hand and get almost the same therapeutic value as the Pro, but at a significantly low price point. I already had a Theragun, which I use regularly and get a lot of benefit from. I bought this for travel purposes and it is perfect. While small, it packs a fairly big punch. Not as powerful as the Theragun, but it still provides a deep massage. It has three speeds and the battery lasts a long time.

I have one of the original TheraGuns and love it but it was super noisy. No one wanted to be in the same room when you are using it. On trips, you worry about disturbing people in other rooms. Well, they figured out the noise issue with this one. It’s amazingly quiet. You can use it while others are watching tv and they barely notice it. It also feels as powerful as the full sized ones. My other worry was if I could reach my back as easily as the full sized one - no problems as the small triangle is still very easy to use. This thing looks like a stealth jet. It looks benign and like how do i work it? So simple & portable. You just charge, hold the button to start. Then simply select one of three speeds by the same key button. It’s so techno future and a bit heavy. When you turn it on BE READY for take off. This ain’t for the faint hearted. It is unbelievably fast and powerful. Sounds fine. It deeply penetrates your muscles about as deep as i think its safe to go. I just got done with a 15 minutes session and my body doesn’t know what hit it! It’s perfect for easy to get to areas. A little difficult to get on your back but you can-and you can have your family member do it. I recommend also having the pure Wave wand to use afterwards as it’s so soothing and can get those tougher areas because it’s a wand. It has many great heads for specific muscles and wants. This Theragun is amazing. Be careful so you use it smoothly and not let it go bop bop crazy as it’s powerful ! Buy it and enjoy. I’m a retired marine and teacher. I have daily tension headaches, both shoulder rotator cuffs :my right is shredded and the left has a complete tear. Then just the normal aches and pains.
