I’m a 6’-5” male, 208lbs and was worried that the form fitting material below the shorts would be too tight. Ordered two pairs of large, one for running and another for strength training and they fit perfectly. The spandex material beneath the shorts are sewn into the waist and are very lightweight and breathable. Pocket zippers take a little getting used to as they are tight and the zipper teeth are small, but works perfectly after a few washes. The spandex pocket fits my extra large iPhone with ease (11pro max). Some loose threads on the stitching, but nothing coming loose so four stars.
