I have several sets of ankle weights. These with the thin strap of velcro, which you have to thread through a D-ring, are not my favorites. Too much of a hassle to put on and remove and it's especially annoying if you have a routine where you have to take them off and put them on a number of times during the session. Can't be done quickly. Also harder to do if you are recovering from surgery and can't bend over easily. Get the ones without a D-ring, just wider strips of velcro at the ends. ... show more
