This books is easy to read. Each chapter goes right to the point and at the end there is a summary. I read doing mind maps and this books just make it easy to put everything into drawings. My first language is spanish but reading it in english was not a problem.

I loved this book, it's extremely actionable but at the same time very entertaining. I don't have experience in sales but for the past few months I have had to take a sales role in my job, and this book has been by far the most insightful one I have read.
