So far, so good. I was concerned about ease and comfort. It’s not disappointed. I’ve developed arthritis in my hands. I do own an electric opener, and cuts the lid off at the rim with ease. However, if you want to open, say a can of Tuna, and you want to drain off the water (or oil) you want to be able to cut just the lid at the inner rim. This opener works with ease and comfort.
