I really like this can opener, makes my life so much easier!! I ordered one for my sister and she loves it too. However, after 6-7 months mine quit working all of a sudden. SOOO upset!! I'm trying to contact the company but seem to be going in circles. I hope someone there sees this & contacts me. It's an excellent can opener. I haven't even changed the batteries yet and I use a lot of canned food! I would like it replaced. Hope to contact seller soon. Right out of the box the button was stuck. Installed the batteries and it just started running. Had to give it a wack to unstick the button. Very slow when opening a can and it just doesn't stop when it's finished cutting.
