I really like this can opener, makes my life so much easier!! I ordered one for my sister and she loves it too. However, after 6-7 months mine quit working all of a sudden. SOOO upset!! I'm trying to contact the company but seem to be going in circles. I hope someone there sees this & contacts me. It's an excellent can opener. I haven't even changed the batteries yet and I use a lot of canned food! I would like it replaced. Hope to contact seller soon. I absolutely loved this can opener, it was one of my favorites. In fact, we had guests over and I was demoing it to them and my demo ended up just watching it move but not open the can. I am sure there is a murphy's law in here somewhere, but it now tries and tries but it just no longer opens cans. It used to work beautifully, but sadly, those days are over While I loved it when it worked, the fact that it only worked for 3 months and is now a paperweight has made it a disappointing purchase. ... show more
