Wow! All my adult life I’ve used all kinds of can openers but so far this one is the BEST! It’s rechargeable, which is handy. It spins the can w/o having to hold it down. It doesn’t splash the liquid out of the can once it stops. I can eject the top part to use it on larger cans as well as regular cans or just take it on camping trips! I love that it cuts the can on its own, no holding the blade handle down! The blade contraption is easily removed for cleaning which, in itself, is a great reason to buy! To clean my last canopener, I’d had to use a knife to scape the dried on food, off the blade & I never could get the hard to reach parts. This time I decided to spend a little more money (less than $10 more) bc it’s true, you pay for what u get! I finally own a proper contemporary can opener and I love it! ... show more

Sometimes I have problems with getting it to catch the can but I have the same problem with every can opener. I love that I can let it sit on the back of my cabinet and remove the cutting top part and take it where I want. It cuts the can on its own so no more having to twist a handle which bothers my arthritis. So nothing bad to say about this can opener and it doesn't take much space on the counter and looks nice.
