I had trouble with a murder of Crows eating all my wild bird food from my feeder tray. My solution was to turn a hanging plant frame and covering it with this netting. I cut small openings for my desirable smaller birds and they have no trouble entering and leaving my created openings. I made the openings about 3 inches. The crows reach in and get some perimeter seed, but they are denied scoffing up all the variety bird seeds I put out in my tray. I'll have to find other uses for the large amount I didn't use.
