It's lower quality than some I've bought, so it quickly loses its shine - a benefit since ideally this would be invisible. Do pay attention to height! I now buy low chicken wire and protect only 1-3 plants at a time from bunnies. If you're trying to protect a whole area, you need very tall (e.g., 5') as bunnies are good jumpers. ... show more

Works well as a compost barrier. I bury our compost in the yard, then cover it with this wire to keep the critters out. Wide enough to be weighed down and to cover a fairly narrow trench. Be aware of the width you're buying.
