To be staight I like them for the easy installation. Just drill the holes then screw them in and your good to go. But at any point your pets decides to test them they snap. My 20lb dog stepped through the wire and his paw broke 4 In the line

The installation tool that attaches to a drill works great. Screws are self tapping. I put these insulators on a vinyl fence but had to drill a small starter hole since the self tapping screws wouldn't go through it. Even drilling the 50 starter holes it took less than an hour to put them all in. Wire slips through slot in insulater making it easy to run. I would highly recommend these. ... show more

Works great in the middle of the line to support and reduce sag but not for corners or ends. They lasted a few months but now they are all starting to break. Use donuts instead.
