The silicone is a good quality. I just had a hard time getting the candy out. I’m not a chocolatier. I wanted to make chocolates for my lactose intolerant kiddo. First these are large. Almost apricot sized. I couldn’t get any of the points out and they broke off, but I did use my own chocolate recipe, so it’s possible that it is user error. I did leave them in the freezer for an hour. Tempering chocolate is a bit of a trick and like I said, I’m no chocolatier, but I think I will buy a smaller sized candy mold for my personal recipe. Horrible packaging for an amazing product. I buy molds like this (and even from the same company) constantly. I’m always satisfied in the quality of the product. This time was absolutely awful. They’ve started vacuum sealing the molds in plastic, which for a CANDY MOLD is beyond ridiculous. The mold is warped, creased, permanently wrinkled, and absolutely unusable. I can’t make anything with this at all, anything I try to make with it will also come out warped, crooked, and wrinkled. In the first picture are other products that came in loose plastic packaging and work flawlessly, absolutely flawlessly, I could praise them forever. This product was an absolute disaster of packaging, and is completely useless. ... show more

I am a Fake Baker and I use this mold to create foam clay kisses. They turned out perfect . Just remember you are feeding a tiny amount into the bottom and then it widens fast. Hint if you can’t get it out of the mold, pop the mold into your freezer for snout 5-10 minutes. The clay will freeze enough to allow you to pop it out without distorting the shape and design. Place on a glass plate to come up to room temperature before applying to other pieces. ... show more
