This is a good safe. It works great and easy to open up and close. The fact is that there's no way it can be fire proof. There's only one sheet of metal with no insulation. I love it, was tired of my bank and now I’m saving money. It comes with dead bolt screws, and seems very sturdy I was looking for a basic safe and it is bigger then I thought, could easily hold a lot of cash, small items such as cell phone, small note books, has a shelf which helps me keep everything organized, when unlocking the buttons make a slight noise which helps me know what I am pressing which i like as well. Never had a problem with the unlock or lock and it’s easy to reset if I do(but not too easy to be able to be opened by a theif) also comes with a set of keys which is a cool add). It’s simple to set the entry code to open the safe once you find the set button inside the safe on the rear of the door that is not mentioned in the instructions. "Fireproof and Waterproof Home Safe" With pre diilled mounting holes and no door seal.

You could probably use this for adult use also because you are able to bolt this down so someone cannot just be pick up and move. It’s also easy to change the combination if needed.
