Not only does the safety button on the bottom stick so the unit won't turn off sometimes but the unit barely heats about 2ft away maximum. I am in the process of returning the heater to Amazon and getting a refund. Do not recommend this to anybody. ***Fire Hazard***

Package was delivered in good condition. However upon unboxing I saw some loose screws. Then I saw one of the quartz elements was knocked loose. Heater would not turn on. Refund requested.

On both of the heaters I received, the bottom tube is not secured. It does work, but I do not see this lasting long at all.
