I live in a basement apartment with only one heater vent in the kitchen, so I grabbed this small little heater for the colder periods in the Pacific Northwest (the lows are typically above freezing with a few cold snaps in the fall and winter). I was pleasantly surprised by how well this tiny heater warmed up my space. I like the different functions -3 different fan levels, swivel off and on, timer and remote control. It works best for bedrooms or small spaces and for moderate climates - I wouldn't grab this for a whole apartment in freezing climates- and it's so small that it's barely noticable - and I like the white color. I turned it up to 85 to see how much output and air flow it created and it was quick! Also, there has never been a smell coming from it unlike some new space heaters. It's so small that I could easily put it on a dresser or side table. The fan with it is very quiet - I can barely tell when it's running. ... show more

I like Dreo products. This particular heater I use in a room that is always cold and I don't like having to bundle up. Very portable and lightweight. Tip o er cut off safety is a MUST with 3 dogs. Great temperature adjustability and so very quiet. This is more of a personal heater so it won't heat a large area but I knew that going in. Having 3 large , long haired dogs is a hair issue so having a removable intake filter is important to me to be able to clean and maintain optimum airflow. Oscillating feature is also a huge bonus. It is a fantastic heater. As far as being durable, I've personally never had any issues with any of my Dreo heaters. My bedroom heater is an oil filled radiator and it's still going strong too. And the safety of these heaters a top priority for me. ... show more

I needed a small space heater for a room that is always cold. I purchased this item but wasn't expecting much for the price. Wow is all I can say. This little heater is awesome. It warmed the up a 350 sq. ft. room in no time. Works great. Nice and quiet too. Wife wanted one for her office. I bought her the taller tower one. It actually doesn't work as well as the smaller one but it still warmed up her office taking a lot longer though. The fan could be a little more powerful. I have a fan behind mine set on lowest speed. It helps circulate the heater faster. Once the room is warm I shut the fan off. This little heater is definitely worth the price. Everything is great; set up at 66 degree F; use at night time; great mobility; very quiet;; set up timer during bedtime. I use the buttons on top of the Space Heater. Only I still have difficulty to open the Remote to put the battery and its opening is different from the rest of remote. The remote that I got from the Amazon has no RED power button. I think my remote is a faded one; that means the remote control is not made by DREO, but by someone else. Please review both remote. The red power button is from the Amazon website. The WHITE power button is from the Amazon box. THAT IS THE REASON I CANNOT OPEN THE BATTERY CAP! ... show more

I have had this Dreo ceramic heater for two months. It has been steadily getting colder by the day in the PNW and I did not expect to be this satisified. Great features and it's quiet, keeps us warm and the cat loves it. We moved from a much warmer year round climate and found the heating system in our home is great in only one area of the home. I decided to get a second space heater and noticed what appeared to be the same one by a different seller for $15 less. Be careful of the brand, the second one I ordered is very noisy and has no thermostat so it will not turn off when it reaches desired temp. My bad for not paying attention. This thing works! It’s super quiet, perfect for small areas, doesn’t weight a lot, and pushes out a tone of heat pretty fast! I love how it rotates and has all these different types of settings you can control. It even has an eco option. Definitely worth the price.

I bought this little heater to keep the cold off during the chilly nights while I'm sleeping. The most important things for me are: small size for easy storage, energy efficiency, and noise. It is small enough to store under my desk comfortably during the day. There is a thermostat feature which helps save energy that I really appreciate. The noise could be improved, but perhaps the special fan design is also what helps with saving energy so it is a fair tradeoff for me. ... show more
