I’ve was very apprehensive about purchasing an electric power washer, but borrowed a few to see how I liked. I was surprised and purchased one for myself, but of course mine has higher gpm and greater PSI. Like I said in the title I wish I had taken a before, during and after, because once I got started I looked for the next thing to clean. I was blown away by the amount of sludge that was hidden in our driveway and other high traffic concrete paths. I’m in the process of listing and showing our home, so this guy came in handy. After limited use here is my review, I’ll update this in the future. My photo shows the difference a few minutes in one area made. Pros: Easy to move around and get started. Light weight and good for small jobs. Felt like a fair price. Cons: Power is a bit less than I expected, strong enough to take paint off of wood but not strong enough to get moss off of bricks. While it wasn’t difficult to put together the instructions were terrible. The power of the flow seems to randomly fluctuate a bit. ... show more

    • Glorified car washer.
I believe they falsely advertise 3800 psi peak and 3000 psi running. Not much more if any pressure over my 1000 psi electric this is replacing. Won't even cut small weeds in the driveway cracks. Glorified car washer, which is what it will be used for.

Huge disappointment..claims 3800psi and 3000 psi running.not even close maybe 1500 psi at most.if you are looking for something more than hose that is noisy this is it..also they claim that like to hear from their customers well that is one thing they did well you cannot find a customer service number online or in the owners manual.so if you are looking for a pressure washer that actually produce pressure this is not it ... show more

It does what it's supposed to do. Every once in a while it'll act like it can't build pressure but a simple turn it off and on again seems to fix it. It's about as noisy as you'd expect it to be. We haven't tried it with soap so I'm sure it'd do even better on some areas. It's not powerful enough to get all the paint that's on my patio off, little speckles in some areas, but maybe that's because we didn't use soap or some kind of paint thinner/remover. This power washer doesn't reach anywhere near the 3800 psi that is stated. I don't understand how they can get away with this. I really can't see this thing being even close to 2000psi. I'm sending it back and i really think i should be compensated for the wasted time assembling and disassembling this waste of space. ... show more

    • Good... At first.
The PSI number was misleading from the word go. It put out around 1500psi. After a few uses it dropped to around 300psi while only emitting a whining sound. I disconnected power and let it sit for a while and flushed it out with no change in behavior. I would not recommend this product.

    • Works like a toy not a machine
I bought this pressure washer for cleaning walkways and the metal shop building. I researched for the advertised 3800 psi and large volumes GPM. What a joke. This machine is like a toy when comparing to a gas 3100 that I also own. I expected at least equal or better... this toy takes much longer to do the walkways and won't touch the moss or anything above 12 feet If you need a real pressure washer, keep looking. False advertising is what I see here. ... show more
