    • Bad paint job/ sloppy welding
The black paint on the product is very powdery and gets all over everything. I’m very frustrated with the quality of the paint job, it’s my #1 reason for returning the product. #2 reason is the legs, they are hard to screw in and I think it’s because of sloppy welding. Other than that the unit is good, I suspect the manufacturer can fix these easily and hope they do. I’d look else where until this happens ... show more

The stove came in quickly. It came thru regular mail. However, it had a hole in the side of the box and that was a red flag for me! Upon examination of the stove it had been hit/dropped on the fuel door. The knob was bent. Upon further examination I noticed the workmanship was very sloppy. The welding was very poor! The metal was very thin and the grate will not last with regular use. Will this unit work? Yes, but it will not last. For about 40 bucks more you can get a quality unit made in the USA! ... show more

This this is amazing! Built and bought a couple rocket stoves in my time and this thing takes the cake! Lights fast and is the most efficient stove I have found so far, minimal sticks required and easy to control flame with damper control. Easy to use and clean as well. Flame gets hot enought to boil rice dish all in one meal and done in 20 mins or so! The one down side is the pot if heavy and large is a little tricky centering on the posts above the stove. The stove comes with adjustable feet to help with an uneven ground and they give u a small poker to move your sticks. ... show more
