First, it is much smaller than the picture. Also, the music app (which says I can upload from an external drive) doesn't seem to have a port to insert a usb at least that I can find. The belt dragged and I had my son who is a mechanic adjust it and if you loosen it at all then it is too loose (it almost threw me through a wall). Also, this is a horrible process to try to return. I had to call then wait 24-48 hours to recieve a label. Then I got some barcode with no instuctions and a message they would send label within 5 days. Then I got an email of the same barcode with no instructions that I got when I was still on the first call. Then I filed the A-Z return and told I had to wait another 24-48 hours. And now another 48 hours later I am told I have to wait up to 14 days. I have asked repeatedly if I can take this to Kohls and they just keep telling me I have to wait. I explained I have already waited for it to arrive + 48 hours + another 48 hours + now I have to wait up to 14 more days. I ordered this for my health and it's although I was a person who didn't have stress, I sure do now! So this product is the opposite of being healthy! And, I also am not usually a person who complains or writes reviews! I am writing this so other people might see it and not order this piece of junk and not have to go through this frustrating process!!! ... show more

    • GREAT VALUE FOR THE MONEY
This treadmill was VERY easy to assemble. It only took me about 20 minutes from removing it from the box to first use. The treadmill is not very wide, so I find that I hit my hands on the console quite a bit. If you have a long stride, this treadmill might be too short for you. I am 5'7" and don't have any issues with the length of the treadmill, but I'm right on the verge of it being almost too small. Overall, for the value, I think it's a great price. I don't really use the electronic features for anything other than the workout statistics, but from what I have played around with, the audio and video qualities, along with the applications, seem fairly impressive for those who would utilize those capabilitiees. Very pleased with the product and have gotten quite a bit of use out of it in a very short amount of time. ... show more

Definitely wont give it 3, 4 nor 5 stars. Much smaller than the picture shows. Too many glitches, doesn't alway track my walks (even if i customize or program them. Can't download any kind of music, the only app I can get to work is Chrome and YouTube. Non of the other "downloaded" apps work. I cannot download any apps either. The programming has user sign in with a phone number and password. It doesn't sync with your phone, nor does it send any kind of information to it. There's no where online to get any help with with problems or questions about the treadmill There is a Facebook page but nothing has been posted/updated since 2021. We would NEVER buy this again and its absolutely not worth almost $500. ... show more

The SYTIRY Folding Treadmill that was purchased for my birthday and I wanted it for primarily for its advertised 10" HD touchscreen entertainment center, but my experience has been nothing short of frustrating. While the treadmill itself functions, numerous issues make it a poor investment. Pros: - The treadmill's basic functions work - 10" screen is present, though severely limited in functionality Cons: 1. Quality Control Issues: - Left handrail arrived damaged, appearing melted or scratched - Treadmill adjustment piece at the edge is broken 2. Entertainment Center Failures: - Outdated software prevents app installation - Bluetooth audio doesn't function - Unable to screen share to a larger display - No pre-installed social media apps as advertised - Pre-installed apps (e.g., Chrome) are outdated and extremely slow 3. Software Problems: - Date settings don't save - Need to reconfigure settings after each power cycle 4. Poor Customer Service: - Offered only $30 compensation for non-functioning entertainment center - Suggested giving away the $600 product without a full refund - Failed to honor the advertised 12-month parts replacement The SYTIRY Folding Treadmill falls significantly short of its promises. The main selling point - the 10" entertainment center - is effectively useless due to software limitations. Physical damage upon arrival further compounds the disappointment. Most concerning is the abysmal customer service. Their suggestion to "give away" a $600 product without proper compensation is unacceptable. The refusal to honor the advertised 12-month parts replacement policy is equally troubling. In conclusion, I cannot recommend this treadmill. The combination of hardware issues, software limitations, and poor customer support make it a regrettable purchase.
