This flying model is simple to operate and maintain. It can be flown with some care indoors and can be flown outdoors when there is a light wind of 5 mph. Recommend flying with the rotor blade shields on.

The media could not be loaded. This helicopter drone was my first attempt at buying and flying one! Guess what? It was EASY! This is so fun, cute, fast, and easy to fly. I could even do cool tricks. I did crash it into some trees and a wall while learning but the tuff and flexible plastic made it almost indestructible : ) I love the lights and all the extra parts and the second battery. It has a really long flight time on a charge and was very inexpensive. I completely recommend this for anyone (kids and adults). ... show more

This is a great inexpensive stubbed quadcopter to learn how to fly on. It doesn't do well outside with a breeze, but can fly outside in calm weather. It isn't fully acrobatic, but it does have some gimmicky flip and spin pre-programmed maneuvers. I wish SYMA would upgrade this type of quadcopter to more of a tiny whoop drone quadcopter...brushless electric motors, full acrobatic mode, 3-4 bladed propellers. Maybe even support BetaFlight for the flight controller and OpenTx/EdgeTx supported radio protocols like Express LRS so people can bind other radio controllers. We got this as a Christmas present, and it stopped working in early January. For some reason, the top right propeller won't spin anymore. We replaced the propeller, but the issue seems to be with an internal component. This is really disappointing because it was one of the nicer gifts that we got for our kid and was a top item on their list. Poor quality, and not worth the money. Updated to add that the seller asked me to contact them for instructions on returning the item. I contacted them and did not receive any response or instructions. The battery life really sucks on this thing. I'm extremely disappointed and wish that I would have went with a different one, but as the saying goes you get what you pay for. It does fly well but needs to be charged after 20 minutes.
