This iPhone came in excellent condition. No scratches or dings. I ordered the phone on a Friday and it arrived that Tuesday. Phone was unlocked and cleared as promised so set up was easy. There are some minor issues. Battery capacity reads 100%, however, it's not. When the phone gets to 12% or so, it turns itself off with no warning and will not come back on until it gets put on a charger for a bit. This is a bit of an annoying issue but isn't the end of the world, I guess. It's gotten hot a few times to where it starts acting wonky. When hot, it gets slow and the apps start to freeze up and glitch. When the phone cools down (gets restarted as well), it returns back to it's normal functionality. Overall good product for what I paid for it (roughly 280 w/ tax). Phone is 256GB as advertised. ... show more

I bought this phone that was supposed to be in excellent condition which they said means no scratches on the screen. It’s got a very visible half inch scratch at the top middle of the screen. The phone works very well so far and the scratch isn’t 100% visible when the screen is in use so I think that I can deal with it because of how well the phone works. Pleased with the phone, no visible scratches or dents when it arrived. Only complaints are that the battery was lower than advertised (as some others mentioned), but not by much and I do think the speakers have taken some prior damage as they tend to “spit” a little bit above a particular volume when trying to listen to music without headphones or some other external speaker device.
