Best deal I could find on an Olympic loading pin and it works great! I love the rubber pad on the bottom to keep from slamming into the concrete. Plenty of length for plates and very sturdy. I decided to give this wrist roller a try. I got other SYL accessories and they are all solid. It came packaged in plastic wrap and there weren't any scratches. It was in mint condition. First, I really like the foam on the handles. It's similar to the foam used in my Rogue Echo Bike. This roller does have a hole that can be used to mount to a pin and pipe safety, but I didn't have one to try. At the very least, the loading pin can fit in and save some space for storage. I was going to use my 2 in loading pin instead, but the 1 inch works fine too. In fact, it's shorter which makes it easier to use. I would have more slack in the strap to roll more using the 1 inch pin and my weight plates don't move around when doing the exercise. At my 6ft height, the strap is long enough using the 1 inch loading pin without any issues. One workout session with this and I can really feel the burn in the forearm. I plan to use this diligently going forward in my workouts. ... show more

I train with constant grip variety and I am always willing to try new attachments. I like this pinch block because I can fit two hands on it, but it's pretty flimsy. I can feel it flex when I squeeze it and I am afraid to drop it because I am sure that it will dent. For this reason, I will not be using it for deadlifts or timed holds. I will however keep it for the sole purpose of doing lat pull downs with it. Although I will not get the variety of use out of it that I expected, for the price...I really can't complain. ... show more
