  • An Improvement over 1st Gen "No-Lifting" Swivel Bike Mounts.
Style: 1-Pack
I loved the implementation of the rolling/floating swivel bike mounts, they had evolved from the "vertically hanging" when you had to hang the bikes perpendicular to the wall. It was a hook where you had to lift the bike to it and the rest the rear wheel on the wall, which would inevitably get the wall dirty, then they came up with the bottom pad to rest the rear wheel, then they came up with the swiveling feature to be able to maximize space and be able to store more bikes without obstructing the way, then they came to the first generation of this implementation: You ROLL your bike into the mounting bracket, you don't have to lift or guess anything, you just wheelie it into the platform and the platform does all the work for you, it lifts it enough to keep the rear wheel off the floor so you can swivel it out of the way, it was just GENIUS. This revision, or 2nd Gen, tackles into some of the issues i had with the previous gen, and they fixed them: 1- They widened the spacing for wider tires. Mountain Bike tires wouldn't fit. The system would work and the bike would stand there, but the tire would totally fit in the frame, or the little foldable "ramp" of the rack, the knobs on the tire would hold it, but it was less than optimal. 2- The got rid of the "deployable" ramp and streamlined a solution with a fixed ramp that will stop the tire from rolling off the bracket. The build quality great. No squeaking AT ALL when you swivel the bike, i was ready to add some grease but wasn't necessary. Installation was simple, and instructions were clear. Overall, i've owned different bike mount/storage systems and this type is my favorite. I welcome the improvements on this 2nd Generation. At $50 it isn't exactly cheap, but so far this the best option out there, it just works and looks great. ... show more

  • Does not fit a 28 inch as stated.
Style: 1-Pack
This has such great potential, and to be a great rack for tires under 28 inches. Even though it states up to 28, it was too small at the largest setting to work. The wheel wouldn’t stay in place. Smaller and wide tires. It’s a great set up.

  • Forget using the supplied anchors and get some lag bolts for a stud
Style: 1-Pack
It was apparent from the getgo that when mounting this it needs to go into a stud or other solid surface as the weight of the hanger itself is too much for drywall let alone the weight of an added bike. Drill some pilot holes and use at least a 1 1/2' lag bolt to secure it to the wall after finding and marking where the stud is. This is a solid hanger and if adjusted right should fit most bikes. For the price currently at $58.00 it seems to be a good choice. ... show more

  • Easy mount & works well
Style: 1-Pack
This bike holder mounted easily using just two screws (provided). Using the provided hex key, you can adjust the length of the holder for your tire size. For my 26" x 1.95" tires, I moved it out two spaces. I find this much easier to hang and get back down than compared to the old hook on the wall which I was using previously. However, this holder is significantly more expensive than the simple hook. Once the front tire is dropped in, the bike is stable but can be rotated from side to side as needed. I find that the 'tire stop' for the back tire to be pointless in the garage. And I don't like the large dividing ridge forcing me to one side or the other. But inside on a finished wall this could prevent black marks from your tire. My only complaint is that with the arm extended for my tire size, when the bike is out and I want to fold up the arm, it doesn't stay upright. There's just not enough resistance to keep the arm from dropping back down. In the long term, to store the arm in the upright position, I'll just use a zip tie to keep it from falling. But it isn't as convenient in the short-term. Overall, this is a much more convenient but also more expensive way to hang my bike on the wall. But, I really do appreciate the extra convenience. ... show more

  • Bike wall mount, making it easy to load and unload.
Style: 1-Pack
All I do is balance my bike on the rear wheel and slowly roll it into the rack. The rack swivels a full 120°, which is 60° in each direction. The rack is adjustable to hold wheels that are from 16 inches to 29 inches in diameter with up to 3 1/2 inches in tire width. The rack is constructed from industrial grade steel with a black powder coat finish. The load capacity is up to 77 pounds. This rack is made for bikes without fenders. When not in use, the rack can be folded up and out-of-the-way. Also included is a Tire Stop that prevents tire marks on the wall. There are anchor bolts and screws included with both concrete and drywall mollies. ... show more

  • You'll need the perfect width tire to use this
Style: 1-Pack
I tried multiple bikes with this, all 700c/29". Only the one with the widest tire (2.6") sort of worked with it. Even then, the tire was somewhat loose and flopped a little side to side within the holder. A 2.35" wide tire was really floppy. Don't even try it with a 2.0" tire or less, the bike will simply have too high a risk of falling right out of it. Build quality was solid enough, although the mounting bolts are pretty cheap and easy to strip. It probably works well for tire widths of 3.0-3.5. Otherwise, its useless. I'm returning it. ... show more

  • Solid product, easy to install
Style: 1-Pack
This is made of some real good metal. The finish is on point and the silicone edges help hold the tires in place. The metal has a real quality to it and definitely will not budge anytime soon. It swivels which is great based on where you put it. I have been opposed to the upstanding stands so this is great as it does not feel intrusive at all. Solid mount and highly recommend. ... show more
