I still can't get it to work on my TV through an HDMI cable, and I can't get it set up on my desktop computer. I had to go out and buy a brand new TV, and it STILL wouldn't work on it. So then I moved my computer monitor out to the main room and hooked it up, and it worked with that. So now I had to go buy a new monitor for my computer. I am tech handicapped, so I'm frustrated. I did manage to get the app on my phone, so I can see things when I'm away as well as being able to walk out to the family room and look at my 24"monitor there. If you are younger and more tech savvy, you should do fine. If you are getting it for an older family member, help them set things up. Please. ... show more

This is my third unit now the first one was working with me for maybe 2 -3 yrs till cropped out so I ordered 2nd one but defective so I called swann representative to figure out and said no cloud ID that's why I cannot connect to my phone so I returned it back and had the replacement that's my third unit from Swann ,tried to connect to my phone but still doesn't connect so I called Swann tech support again and told us that they have to delete my previous account to connect this new one but until now I don't have response yet from Swann,they told me before to they will just email me once they delete my previous account it's been almost a week now waiting, I want this done as soon as possible. ... show more

I bought Zosi and gave it away after 6 months because the playback is terrible and it wasn’t color at night as described. Then I switched to Swann playback feature is perfect and it shows color at night.

We had an older Swann system for about ten years so we were excited to upgrade. However, there's many flaws with the new system. First, the Camara only pivots down 45 degrees so with this design, you are limited on where you can mount it. We had to modify the base with a Dremel to allow it to swivel both directions so we could mount in the same spots as our old cameras. They say there's night vision in color for 30ish feet but that's not true as you can see in my picture. Some of the cameras have a motion light that comes on when it senses motion. Not all of the cameras light up, some just flash red and blue. Also, the DVR isn't recording even though the screen will have a red box pop up so it appears to be recording, there's no actual footage in the playback screen.
