The media could not be loaded. I just got these hearing aids at Christmas I am so happy with them. They fit very well in the channel of my ears. You can press the aid button 5 times in order to adjust the volume that you need. it comes with several assessories, hearing aids case that recharges itself. Has extra Cerumen caps, ear domes. usb cable and a easy manual to read. They fix perfect in my ear. Now when I'm out at Restaurants I can adjust my hearing by tapping my aid. The excitement about the hearing aids quickly subsided. I followed the instructions very carefully. The negative first: Unable to control volume to very low. The amplifying feature is overwhelming. I could hear myself breathing and talking. All noises were super amplified. Customer Service is not 24/7 as stated on Amazon. Returned immediately, having no faith in the product. This is hearing aids. I can now hear the words to the music on the radio and can hear better and understand better the TV shows I watch. A friend recently got hearing aids from Miracle Ear to the tune of $7,000. These aids work great for people with moderate hearing loss at a huge savings.
