They have definitely improved my hearing. I’ve been using them for a little over a week, so I am still getting used to them. However, I can say that they have definitely improved my hearing significantly and they work as advertised. They don't have all the "bells and whistles" of the hearing aids that my audiologist suggested I buy, but these are almost $5,000 less. Though I do hear a difference in the sound quality of these versus the $5,000 hearing aids, it is not that significant enough to justify spend the extra money. They do filter noise on the noise filtering settings and I find that useful when driving or in a loud environment. While using these hearing aids I have lowered the volume on the tv significantly to a point where my wife told me it was too low. These hearing aids are simple to use, charge up quickly and last throughout the day, provide a significant improvement to those with impaired hearing, and are affordable. I had tried a different brand hearing aid that fit the whole thing in the ear. Not a good choice for me as I had whistling and echos and never could get used to them. I tried the EarCentic aid and love them! They fit so comfortably over my ear and just the little tube goes into the ear. They are so comfortable and the sound is awesome. I never have the whistling and I can hear clearly! It is wonderful to hear conversations easily again! I bought these hearing aides for my Morher. She had two pairs of hearing aides from another company. Neither of them worked very well. Both pairs had batteries. 1pair had tiny filters. All items were hard to change. The inner ear Hearing aide made everything sound muffled. Had to change the batteries and filter every 3 days. The over the ear. Hearing aides a little better but could not hear very well. Batteries lasted about the same as the first. Both hearing aides I asked over and over to repeat conversations that I could not hear. Neither were good on settings and volume. These hearing aides that I just got seem to hear more clearly. The settings are easy to use. The volume is easy to set at needed heights , regular talks, or especially crowds. I believe these aides are a better choice for me. Thank you. ... show more

I was pleasantly surprised as I was opening the package. It was clear the vendor had put time and effort into the organization and presentation of the entire product. The product has very clear instructions. After reading them I laid out the different pieces and started to figure out how they worked. The instructions direct you to charge the hearing aids first which I did. Afterwards, it became an exercise is determining the best fit for my ear canal. I ended up just using what came pre-configured on the hearing aids. I turned them on and put them in my ears. I have really bad tinnitus which I’ve had for 20 years. It doesn’t bother me. It is what it is. After wearing the hearing aids for about 20 minutes I took them out and I was shocked how loud my tinnitus really is. I put my hearing aids back in and to be honest I can’t imagine taking them out again. It’s settling not to hear the ringing. The hearing aid re-introduces the natural ambient sound which my tinnitus has masked forever. They are very comfortable. The larger the rubber ear plug the less comfortable. The device has 2 filters - speech / tv and big noise (like concert). I prefer the 2’nd setting for everything. It’s like Dolby. It makes the overall sound seem less “noisy” if that makes sense. I’m happy with this purchase. I’ve never had the expensive ones. I’m sure they are awesome. If this company put out an upgrade to these that allowed you to really customize the sound I’d probably buy them. ... show more

I have used Hearing Aids for a few years. The ones I have now are OK but very expensive. I purchased these Hearing Aids for my wife. These are her first pair. The ones I have are similar, but six times more expensive. The only difference I can see between the two sets is that mine have an app to control them. This is convenient, but this does not offset the difference in price. My wife adjusted to them immediately and found them comfortable to wear.
