Love that this nice quality basket came with all these tools. Very convenient and a good price. I hand washed and air dried the cloth liner. There was no shrinkage. I sprinkled rice flour on the liner in the bowl and the dough didn't stick. After removing the dough from the basket I rinsed out the liner and air dried. There was a nice brush that came with the set that I used to remove flower from the basket. Very nice set and I highly recommend it for your sourdough bread. ... show more

Initially was just going to get the dough hook but this whole set has made the bread making process so much easier and more professional. The bread lame is another great bonus.
