    • Great product if you don't need directions.....
My handle broke the second use and after being asked to send pictures, I was immediately sent a new handle. It was not the same handle however and I had to switch the hardware around from the old one, but it did end up working for me and i'm very happy with my purchase. The only thing that bothers me is that there are no directions, I have yet to be able to successfully use the hat press attachment. ... show more

This is a great heat press for the money! The sliding tray and swing away arm is extremely useful. It’s been extremely consistent. The only down fall is the instructions are poorly translated. Luckily it’s pretty easy to figure out through pressing buttons 😂 once you get the hang of it it is so easy to turn on and get to work. It heats up fast and holds temp. ... show more

4 stars because the instructions suck. The top part (with the electronics) will not fasten correctly on the machine. I had to unscrew a part just to get it to sit in place. I also do not like the wires going to the attachments... They are loose and surely will eventually get damaged. Otherwise, I have pressed a few shirts already and it seems to work great. ... show more

Works as expected. T-shirts, hats all working fine so far. Haven’t used the mug adapter but planning to soon. The 5-in1 feature would be nice to change without tools.

Was missing a part I'm assuming we needed a twisting part to stabilize the clamp for shirts too messy and no instructions with it.
