The arms are very weak. Umbrella got blown out of the stand in winds that were below 15 mph And 2 of the arms got bent. Still goes up & down, but you can see were the bent arms are located.

Was very disappointed in the product. The supporting pole was bent so you couldn't put the umbrella pole on it. Fixed it myself. The plastic housing for the up or down handle is cracked. Being a senior citizen it was too much trouble for me to send back. It works but I am very unhappy with it.
