I bought this when i had a series of surgeries where I was going to have to be in a medical boot. Easy to get arm or leg or combo workout Phone stand works best if you don’t have a wallet on your phone but doable even if you have the wallet, though i do have a small phone. Really well made - they grease the parts well so there is no squeaking, the parts all fit together really well. It’s also really low profile for an exercise bike/ elliptical. And the seat is smooth and easy to adjust The resistance could be hard to adjust if you have very arthritic hands Machine is very safe (i don’t worry when my 4’ y old climbs around on it) Pedals wide enough for a medical boot but machine also safe enough to use without shoes if you were so inclined It is a lot to put together. The instruction manual deserves 3* at best; but the machine is largely intuitive to build and the parts are labeled Left and Right and fit together so well. I relied a lot on looking at the pictures on amazon and was able to build by myself but it took about 3 hours ... show more

I seldom write reviews about a product but I'm very happy with this exerciser. I read a lot of the reviews to eliminate a bad purchase. The bad reviews mostly were: footpedal falling off, hard seat cushion and difficult instructions to follow. Evidently the company either has corrected the footpedal and hard cushion issue or it was incorrectly assembled as I have had no issues with those. The instructions were somewhat obscure but I found the assembly video on the Amazon app very helpful and easy to follow. I have scoliosis of the spine and have associated pain with that. This bike has been great as I am able to work my full back along with my legs. My back pain is all but gone. I would highly recommend this bike for anyone. ... show more

    • Assembly is hit or miss
The bike is great! Sturdy, quiet, and a good workout. Needs a pad for the seat but that's easy to add on. I bought this with Amazon assembly service, and I had a bad and then good experience. The first scheduled assembly/delivery was terrible. The driver left without contacting me, then messaged me later claiming he couldn't park his truck. I had reserved the loading dock, so if anyone had called I could have resolved that. They said he would come back in an hour with a smaller truck, but he never came back. Then I got the runaround from multiple people when i called to find out what happened. I rescheduled for the next day and had a completely different experience! They called ahead to see if it would be OK to come early, showed up when they said they would, followed instructions, put the bike together quickly, and were a pleasure to meet. I don't know if I'll use the assembly service again. The first experience was terrible but the re-do was fantastic: I wish I knew which of them was the norm and which was the exception! ... show more

    • Heavy duty construction for a big guy like me.
The media could not be loaded. Not too bad to assemble, instructions are a bit sparse but adequate. My first exercise was the assembly itself about 2 hours later and all done. Works well and I will use it at least 15-20 minutes a day. 21 May 2021 Update: We had a failure of the on board computer on April 25th, 2021. I was still able to use the bike, just unable to use timer or the pulse monitoring computer. At first I thought it was just the batteries but after replacing them with fresh ones we found that this wasn't the issue. As it was within the 6 month warranty, I called customer service and was told that it wasn't any problem and that I needed to fill out an on line warranty service ticket and a new computer would be sent out. I did so and the warranty parts folks aksed for proof of purchase to verify the warranty period an a brief video of the issue. I showed a vid of me installing new batteries and the computer screen remaining blank. I showed my attempts at resetting the device and that no function resulted. They agreed a new computer was needed and sent one out within a week. They advised that it may take up to 5 weeks to get it but I received it on 5/20/2021 three weeks after shipping date. The repair was simple 4 screws and 3 plugs and we were back in business. All in all the warranty service requests were reasonable for documentation and the replacement part shipment was prompt. I was pleased with the outcome and getting my unit back to it's original condition. 7/21/2021 Update to review. Unfortunately yesterday evening we had a ferocious thunderstorm in our area an a strike happened very close to our home. Today when we tried to use the bike the on board computer was fried again. This may be what took it out last time, I don't know for sure though. I purchased the Asurion 2 year warranty when I bought the bike in case of mechanical failure with all the parts this bike has and it also covers electronic equipment attached to the bike. I filed a claim expecting a replacement on board computer but Asurion opted to Fully Refund the purchase price of the bike. They also advised that they do not require the return of the bike at all do to the cost of retuning the unit and that we may keep it or donate it or otherwise dispose of it as we see fit.
