My parents love this knife! They say is had a good weight and amazingly sharp. My mom went to put it away, it slipped and sliced her thumb open, she not can't feel her thumb even months later. They still love it and want more knives but the company! Just be careful!

Gorgeous blade and exceptionally sharp that holds an edge even with an aggressive bevel. Full tang blade and is surprisingly weighty but no so unwieldy as to be clumsy. It will be the first knife in the drawer you reach for. We all have that one tool that just makes your life easier.
