  • Always gets the job done
Color: 4kg Pla Black+black+black+black Size: 4KG
I have been using Sunlu PLA filament for my small 3D print farm for a few years now, and I’m thoroughly impressed. The print quality is exceptional, producing smooth, precise layers with minimal stringing. Whether printing detailed models or simple structures, the filament delivers clean and crisp results every time. The colors are vibrant and rich, with a broad range to choose from, ensuring I can find the perfect shade for any project. I print using a Bambu X1 Carbon and typically run it at 220° Celsius, and the filament works flawlessly at this temperature. The consistency and ease of use are excellent – it feeds smoothly and adheres well to the print bed, reducing the chances of failed prints. With several printers running non-stop, I’ve found Sunlu PLA to be reliable and consistent, making it an essential part of my production process. Overall, Sunlu PLA is a fantastic choice for anyone seeking high-quality filament with a variety of colors at an affordable price. Highly recommended! ... show more

  • Print Like You Mean It
Color: Bundles 10kg - Black+white+grey+transpar... Size: 10KG
Alright, let’s not pretend this is your first spool. If you’re buying 10 kilograms of PLA, you’re past the "Benchy" phase and fully in the “I just printed a wall mount, a cable holder, and a sword this week” zone. This SUNLU bulk bundle? Absolute value. Period. You’re getting 10 full kilograms—not janky mini spools or “bonus half reels.” These are solid, 1kg-per-roll full-size reels in a good color mix (unless you went with black/white packs). And let me tell you: for the price? The consistency is shockingly solid. I’ve been through 30+ SUNLU spools across printers—Ender 3s, Sovol SV06, and even my modded Voron—and it prints clean. No excessive stringing, no bubble drama, and minimal moisture absorption if you store it right (ziplock + silica = golden). Real-World Print Tests: Temp sweet spot: 200–210°C on most nozzles Bed adhesion: PLA classic—no glue needed on PEI or glass with 60°C Tolerances: Dimensional accuracy is spot-on. I’ve printed gears, enclosures, and even a few GoPro mounts—everything fits. Layer lines: Smooth with a proper profile—better than some pricier brands, not even kidding What I Like: Massive value without sacrificing reliability Filament is dry, well-packed, vacuum-sealed like it’s prepped for long-term storage SUNLU color quality is clean—not translucent cheapo stuff Spools are labeled clearly (bless them) ... show more

  • It breaks easily, Jams, Very fragile.
Color: 1000g-pla Transparent Size: 1KG
I had to throw it all away it's all bad. This breaks super easy in the nozzle, the whole roll back micro cracks in it. The Bambu x1CC with AMS printer had to be disassembled several times, don't use this stuff! I even attempted to put in into a dehydrator to let it sit a long time and it didn't help. ... show more

  • Ok, but most spools in the pack are not wound properly and get stuck when printing.
Color: 4kg Pla Black+black+black+black Size: 4KG
Once these spools print, the outcome is fine. However, with the past 5 orders of this filament, at least 2 or 3 spools are wound incorrectly. The spools seem to be wound up and loaded all on the one side of the spool so the printer always gets stuck. Instead of the spools being wound left to right and back again, these are wound all to the right side (facing the spool) and the printer keeps getting stuck. When I get an overloaded message from my Bambu P1s or a message telling me the filament failed to feed, it is always because the filament is stuck on this one side - always. Please check your winding of the filament, unless this is why they are about $11 per spool. My printer always gets stuck with these spools and probably 1 in the pack is ok. The other are not ok and always need to be unstuck on that one side. It's no different than filling a sewing machine bobbin - if the machine only loads to one side and not back across throughout the spool, the machine will get stuck. This is what happens with these spools too. I hope this is not the reason these are "affordable". Please fix the winding of the filament. Thanks ... show more

  • 5 Stars – Reliable, Affordable, and Print-Ready
Color: 1000g Pla Black Size: 1KG
I’ve used several dozen rolls of Sunlu PLA, and it’s consistently been a great product. The price is hard to beat for the quality you get. Each roll comes well-dried and ready to print—no moisture issues or extra prep needed, which is a big plus. Prints come out clean with good adhesion and minimal stringing. Out of all the rolls I’ve used, only one had a winding issue, and even that was easy to fix with a quick respool. For the price, reliability, and performance, Sunlu has become my go-to PLA. • Excellent quality and prints
Color: 1000g-pla Transparent Size: 1KG
Disclosure: Though not sponsored, I am an Amazon Vine member. Though uncommon, In 3D printing there are times when only clear filament will suffice. I've tried other clear PLA and this is the first I've used that prints well, is fairly translucent and so far, appears to be dimensionally stable. The filament comes vacuum packed and nicely boxed. A nice touch, the filament comes in a resealable bag. Though I only use resealable vacuum bags for storing filament, the resealable bag may be a benefit for others. The filament is neatly wound on the spool. I use 3D printed containers of desiccant (as seen in the photo) in the center of the spools when storing filament. The clear filament makes it easy to see any color change in the indicating (color changing) desiccant. Even when printed with a low infill of 20%, it's easy to see the desiccant color even through the infill patterns within. It's unlikely you will achieve the appearance of glass in printed pieces regardless of infill. At lower infill, the patterns within will be visible, at higher infill there's material enough that the best you will likely achieve is translucent, not perfectly clear. I have yet to try to print in vase mode but expect that would achieve the clearest result. ... show more
