The appearance of the product is very innovative, somewhat like a sound system. Equipped with a remote control. Unfortunately, there is no battery in the remote control, so I have to buy it myself, which is very troublesome. The merchant explained that the product is produced in Asia and does not allow batteries to be shipped due to transportation reasons. I don't want to turn it on and off every time I go to the machine. I installed the app according to the instructions and linked Sunkos to my home WiFi. There was a version update, which was great and gave me a feeling of being continuously cared for. The mobile app can be used as a remote control. Received the heater today after placing my order on Amazon 3 days ago. Can’t wait to play with it. Took only 10 minutes to set everything up including connecting to Alexa. There is no light or sound during the heating process. The heat emitted feels very warm, but it is not dry at all. The product design is very home-oriented, thin and light, which is different from the electric heater I used before. If I don't say it, no one will think it is an electric heater, but a stereo. I like this heater a lot. i honestly wish it was a little smaller and a little less wobbly. those things are minor though. the problem i have with it is it beeps very loudly when it turns off or on or when i change setting. i have this in my bedroom and it even beeps when it turns itself off. i am a very light sleeper and wanted this heater because it is so quiet. if they did can update the software through the app and turn the beeping off or make it much softer i would probably change to 5 stars. while i wish it was smaller it is a pretty typical size for a heater maybe thinner. i think it is pretty. i wish sleep function turned all the lights off but it gets the biggest lights off. also mine seems to not have come with a remote control at all. the phone app works fine though. if the loud beeping sounds won't be a problem for you and you want a quiet and powerful space heater then it is a good one. ... show more

This product is as described. Sleek, lightweight, puts out heat. However instead of metal it’s some type of lightweight paper and it cannot be cleaned once dust/household debris gets onto or into it. Between usage I plan to slide a clear plastic bag over it to keep it clean. It does need a longer cord. As with most heaters it’s not recommended to use an extension so wish they would factor that in and make a cord that helps keep 3 ft space compliance. Most homes have furnishings and such to work past so longer chord is necessary. ... show more
