It's perfect for watering my lawn and plants. It won't break easily, and the fittings that connect to the faucet and sprayer are solid and don't leak. It’s not heavy, so it's easy to pick up and carry around. This hose doesn't twist and knot up like my old one. It's flexible and smooth, which makes watering much easier. Water comes out strong and steady, so it waters my plants well. No more dribbling water! it's strong, easy to use, and doesn't get all tangled up. The media could not be loaded. The hose is overall a good quality hose -- it is marketed in the heavy-duty field, and I think it depends on the use scenarios. There are thicker and more heavy-duty hoses on the market, but among all garden hoses sold in the home use category this on can be seen as medium-to-heavy-duty. It has well working connectors and the spring helps prevent kinking near the faucet connection which is good and sets it apart from cheap hoses. It is not stiff, you can easily squeeze it between your fingers, and the fact it is not that thick saves weight, and it can be handled comfortably. I do not have long-term experience with it and in my experience most hoses perform best in their first year and in coming years they get weaker -- that is, I think, the 'normal' life of all hoses. Regarding kinking, it depends on the use, but I actually haven't seen a hose that has no kinking issues. ... show more

This is a very nice garden hose. You don't really appreciate a good hose until you've dealt with bad ones that kink, grow mildew, or leak. This functions as advertised and performs well. I was surprised by the copper lining on the interior of the male connector; I've never seen lining like that before. The female connector is big and beefy and easy to thread. And I like the anti-fatigue spring to take the load off the connector, a usual weak point on hoses. The hose itself feels pliant and flexible without kinking. The only area of concern is the material used for the connectors, some stainless alloy. I'm used to brass and I'm worried that using dissimilar metals will result in galvanic corrosion. Brass has never been an issue on my hose spigots, so I'll have to see how this stainless alloy behaves. Otherwise, I am very pleased with the design and features of this garden hose, which is also reasonably priced for the length. ... show more

This is a nice and sturdy garden hose that is easy to use in the garden. It is maneuvers well and it doesn't kink up. I like the way the lead end is wire wrapped to help protect it from wear. The 25 foot is my preferred length. This is just long enough to stretch to most things without being too heavy or cumbersome to move. This sits well on my hose holder. Currently I am using this to power my lawn sprinkler and it matched up with that unit well. Soon I will be placing a hand sprayer on it and I am sure it will match with that well. The attachments don't show signs of leaking when I use the provided washer. ... show more
