    • Stopped working after 6 weeks
We ordered a king size blanket and for 6 weeks, it worked great. Then only half of the blanket heated up. We ran through all the troubleshooting (checked the connections, plugged into different outlet) with no results. Amazon tells me the return window closed after 4 weeks so they send me to Sunbeam. Sunbeam apologizes but customer service is now handled by a 3rd party (Elite Star, I think?). I'm still waiting to hear back from them. ... show more

Have purchased three of these blankets for my household. All working great. Nice even heat distribution and plenty of warmth on setting number 1 or 2. The only slight annoyance is it does not remember your last used setting so you have to adjust temp and time with each use.
