They're wonderful for growing cuttings which tend to need more height than most other covers available. There are other covers available that have air flow regulators
on top and the sides which can make a lot of difference to the conditions than those provided by top-only regulators especially on heating pads.

Good domes, sad packaging

I like the domes, pretty sturdy and fit my plant trays well. Definitely like the height! However, they were shipped in an over-sized box with no padding at all. The box took a beating, the domes survived, but were jammed together and difficult to separate. One of the vent covers was knocked off and m
issing.....the box was split enough that it could escape. The domes are good, the handling was sloppy.

The product came damaged from poor packaging and even though its a sturdy plastic and i think they would have worked for years the crease in the corner can not be straightened and the tape they use to hold them together comes off only with a lot of work a little at a time.

Not yellow like headlights

They do exactly what they were ment to do.

I find them more than adequate for the price. While they maybe light weight, if you treat them with care, they should last several years. I bought a couple of similar ones from another company about 20 years ago and I am still using them. Take care of them and they will last. One word of advice. Open
the vents before trying to separate them. I will by more when I need them.

Nested so tightly they couldn't be pryed apart to be used. Had to return....

If the pack of 5 domes could be separated from each other, I imagine they would be satisfactory. However, they came so tightly nested - especially at the handle - I couldn't pry them apart to begin to use them. I had to return them and I ordered a replacement which hopefully won't be packaged the sam
e way. Each dome should be separated from the next by a piece of paper. Then they'd be easy to separate. If I find the replacements aren't so difficult to unpack and separate from each other, I will update the review.

These are sturdy, but have enough flexibility so they don't damage easily. I like the "handle" that makes it very easy to remove, replace, and shake out the condensation. Vents work well also.

Bad Packaging Leaves Gaps

The packaging with the tape was a poor choice. When you have to separate the domes the sides bend and morph because of how hard you have to tug at the containers. This leaves unsightly gaps on the side of the seed trays. Will make do though!

I received this product in a about 2 days, the domes are awesome, fits perfect to existing trays,I would recommend these if you have a lot of seeds and some are coming up faster then others. the six inch height helps to prevent the plants from being bent over by the lower domes. they also have a vent
system on the top in case you need it. before you buy these may sure that the trays are the same size as the domes to have a perfect fit.

Doesn't fit Bootstrap Farmer 32 Cell Seed Starter Kit

Bought these humidity domes for the Bootstrap Farmer 32 cell system. Unfortunately, the vertical ribs on the dome (visible in the photos) interfere with the tops of the inserts (pots). Otherwise seem pretty decent.
