This pool is terrible, a waste of time, of money, of energy, of water. First, as sold on Anazon, the pool is overpriced. It's available for under $500 at other retailers. Second, leveling a surface is hard work. I was a half inch off level & opposite side ended up 4 inches lower water level. I could have lived with that if i could have gotten at least one season use out of this pool, but the inflatable ring will not hold air longer than 24 hrs. First picture is during fill. Second picture is one week later. Those of us using the pool were careful, no roughhousing or sharp objects, still the inflatable ring failed. I've used and set up other advice ground pools. This brand, summer waves, inflatable ring is made of flimsy vinyl about the same grade as a kid's water wings. Intex pools are much better. I'm very sorry i bought this pool, lost all my money & also lost all the work i put into setting it up. As i said, i could have lived with my leveling errors, but the failed inflatable ring is a total bust. ... show more

I am usually a "ridged wall pool" individual, but this was for my grandkids, which they liked, so I gave it a go. Have to say this pool has reinstituted my faith in this type of pool. Filled easily, the pump is outstanding, and the ladder is sturdy, even for rambunctious grandkids. Highly recommend this product for the price. ... show more

This is a large pool. I have had 8 7yr olds in it at once and they had a blast. It's well worth the investment. Now hold your nose cause here comes the cold water. This is a full blown pool. It is costly to maintain and time consuming. I just spent 2 hrs of my saturday afternoon skimming, vacuming, adding chlorine tabs and shocking it. This one takes about 24 hours to fill with my water preassure and holds about 3900 gallons... so it is not feasible to fill and drain it repeatedly. Things to know about these type pools: You will need a ladder if kids are using it. How to calculate volume to add water treatments (dia. x dia. x depth X 5.9). purchase shock treatment and chlorinating tabs. purchase extra water filters...mine need to be changed weekly. purchase pool cleaning tools. This is my second season with the unit. I can't see why i won't be able to drain and store it for reuse next year.. My only caveat on the unit I purchased is that the pump failed after one season. I did not give a bad review on the unit because the pump i'm using is 5 years old, had been stored for 3yrs, and came from a smaller unit manufactured by summer waves which got punctured. I honestly believe that the pump on my unit was a fluke Great product and well worth the work. ... show more

Haven't had the pool up for 10 days and used the pump maybe 4 times and its shot....called Poly group Customer Service number and got nothing but a run around. Hours on the phone, photos of pool emailed and repeated explanation of the problem. I had no problem with the pool or ladder ....plan on buying another pump immediately so you can use the pool... Oh and the warranty.... There is one but it doesn't really cover anything! ... show more

When I first put the pool up, i had to go buy patches and place over 5 spots. Looks like hust worn holes close to seam line around the bottom side from when folded up and packaged. I wouldn't let kids swim for a couple days because I wasn’t sure if the water was from kids splashing out or not. I still continue to have water seep out from the underside. I cannot find a hole so my guess is theres a leak in the seam. I did purchase a fabric pool ground pad to set it on considering i have it set up on top of a concrete pad. My kids still love using it. Sucks i had to automatically start patching holes on first initial set up… but the flex seal pool patches work great for those spots. It was a very easy set up for most part. ... show more

We were disappointed when we got the product, as we expected something much sturdier. the inflatable ring must have had a slow leak as we had to add air every day to keep it fully inflated. When fully filled with water, the "inverted mushroom" shape of the pool left a large area of the pool as unusable. The pool ladder was defective and could not be assembled. Final straw was, after less than a month of moderate use, a seam split open, flooding our yard and rendering the pool irreparable. To their credit, the supplier were very gracious and arranged for a full refund in a matter of a few days. Obviously, not a pool type we would purchase again. ... show more
