  • sturdy frame gives me confidence
Size: 14' x 8' x 40"
I recently set up the Bestway Power Steel Swim Vista Series II pool, and I couldn't be happier with my purchase! This above-ground pool is spacious and perfect for summer fun with family. The setup was surprisingly easy—everything came well-packaged, and the instructions were straightforward. It took just a few hours to get it up and running. Once filled, the pool looks fantastic, and the quality of the materials is impressive. The sturdy frame gives me confidence that it will last for many seasons to come. I especially love the built-in windows, which add a unique touch and allow for great views from inside the pool. It’s been a hit with the kids and adults alike, and we’ve had endless fun splashing around. Overall, I highly recommend the Bestway Power Steel Swim Vista pool for anyone looking to enhance their backyard experience. It’s a great investment for summer relaxation and entertainment! ... show more

  • Second summer
Size: 10' x 6'7" x 33"
The media could not be loaded. This is a great size pool (10 x 6) for a small backyard. We purchased it last summer and are now getting another year’s use out of it with no problems. As mentioned, the pump isn’t great, but you really don’t need it if you chlorinate well and have a bug skimmer. I bought some solar lights for the sides, and it sits on a tarp on concrete. (In the video it’s not leaking, we just overfilled it a little and water splashed out) it’s very easy to set up and fairly easy to drain - although draining and drying it out might take a day or two. We stored ours for the winter in a couple of large plastic bins. ... show more

  • Great pool for price, structure poles don’t last 2 years!
Size: 10' x 6'7" x 33"
Bought this for my chocolate labs to swim in. Pool liner itself is great and easy assembly. Pump needs to be upgraded especially if you use it for your dogs. The poles on the other hand already failed. I reached out to customer service and was able to get a warranty authorization on the damaged poles however they are on backorder. It has been almost a month and still no replacement poles. ... show more

  • Great Summer Fun And Some Useful Suggestions
Size: 14' x 8'2" x 39.5"
The set up was slightly more difficult than the instructions say so be prepared for that. It will probably take you at least an hour to an hour and a half to put it together. Having a partner to help you is pretty essential especially when it comes time to stand the pool up. After reading so many reviews stating the included pump was insufficient, I didn't even bother with it. I ordered the Bestway Flow Clear 1500 GPH filter pump and it has worked great. As far as leveling, my pool dips slightly down hill. Probably more than the suggested range but we have not had any issues thus far. I'd estimate it being close to 2 inches off of level. Other random thoughts: Be sure to only fill your pool with a regular water hose and monitor it closely while filling. Be there to adjust the supports as the water fills because you could run into a huge issue if your supports aren't aligned correctly. Also using a hose water filter was a great suggestion I read and really helped to get my pool water off to a good start. The one I used was purchased on Amazon as well by the brand Keten Garden. Using a large blue tarp and 12, 6 inch clamps spring metal clamps has served as a great pool cover and even gives some of the same benifits of those pricey solar covers but for a FRACTION of the price. Again, not as good but does a decent job of holding some of the warmth in and great at keeping leaves out. Both of those items were purchased on Amazon. I know that many people wonder about power usage. With the new pump, I only have to run my filter about 2 or maybe 3 hours a day in conjunction with filling the included chlorine dispenser with 6, 1 inch chrolrine tablets weekly to have my water crystal clear. The ones I use were here on Amazon as well. The brand is GLB 71250A. Back to the the energy stuff, I have seen about an 9 dollar jump in my monthly bill. Also I did not have to rewire my home electric as I was very nervous about this. I have standard service and I do not have an outlet that is close to my pool to run the pump. So I thought initially I would have to have the electric company come and install an outlet near the pool in order to run the pump and potentially have to overhaul my service in order to support the pump. After reading and researching all over the place, I took a slight leap and purchased a Watts Wire 50ft GFCI 12/3 Heavy Duty 3 Outlet SJTW Indoor/Outdoor extension cord. This too has run FLAWLESSLY for me. I have not had a single issue. Cord has not been hot to the touch or anything like that. I'm not an electrician so I'd not take my situation as gospel but hopefully my experience with this set up can help you make your own decision. I purchased the Poolaza pool skimmer net and brush for skimming things off the top of the water and brushing the walls of the pool weekly to make sure algae doesn't develop. Also got the Pool Whale Mini Jet Vacuum Cleaner brush with bag to suck up all the crud and debris that may sink to the bottom. Highly suggest those two products! In conclusion, this pool was a great purchase for me and my family. We routinely have all 6 of us in the pool at the same time and never feel cramped or way too close together. I hope this review and all the products I shared can help you make a better informed decision on if you should take the leap. ... show more

  • This 24x12 pool fell apart
Size: 24ft. X 12ft. X 52in.
This pool fell apart. I knew when I was putting it together that the corner Connection pieces slide in and out, it should have a stopping/ loving point, some way to lock it. All my years as a carpenter I was nervous about the corners from the beginning and said to myself I should blow some screws through it to secure it but apparently I didn't do that which my subconscious mind told me that was the best thing to do. As you can see from the photos the corner disconnected itself, this has been a horrible experience. The directions are crappie to begin with. The pump contains so many parts with no decent directions. I had to watch a YouTube video to figure out how to put the pump and hoses together correctly. I started to drain the water because the corner looked like it's May tear that was another problem so I wedged a screwdriver in there drain to keep the valve open to drain the water which shouldn't be that way but this is what I'm dealing with. Once I drain the water I will secure all Corners with self Tapper screws so this doesn't happen again but there's another possible issue. Looks like the lining in my photos. It may tear at that corner from the weight of the water. Well if that happens I guess I'll be sending this pool back. ... show more

  • Great swimming pool
Size: 24ft. X 12ft. X 52in.
I bought this pool in 2021 and showed up in pieces the box was destroyed. However, after going though and putting this pool together I did have all the parts. I have enjoyed the pool for 2 year, but this year before opening it for the 2024 season we had a storm come through and huge tree fell on the pool. After inspecting the pool only a few pieces of the frame was destroyed. I can say with confidence that this pool is built to last. I highly recommend the pool but the pump is not large enough to move the amount of water in the pool. So great pool bad pump. ... show more
