This was my first time order and experience with this company and after reading a lot of positive reviews i did see some reviewers that were not that happy with how theirs arrived or packaged or plant selection . Well that was not my Experience at all . My succulents arrived 1 day after ordering and they were nicely packaged and secured , There was no loose soil in the box or within the shredded crinkle paper they used to ensure safe transport . The plants arrived looking very healthy looking and all intact . No fallen off pedals or leaves or broken stems / trunk . Every plant looks thriving and alive . Quite happy overall with the 6 random plant selection they picked out for my first time order ( could have been worse i suppose ) I don't know all their names but there was a mixture of large pedal ground cover plant , There are taller leafy plants , one looks like a type of jade . My plan is to repot some of these in their own container and use 2-3 in a larger sized pot together to give a look and feel of a mini succulent garden with room for them to grow and spread out together . So my experience with this company and the plant selection has been very positive and enjoyable ... i would definitely order from them again , i feel this was a decent value for plant size and health and i can't wait to give them a little drink and some sunshine and watch them perk up even more and thriving over the next couple days and weeks , Will update my review if anything negative happens to them in the next few days but that would most likely be my fault and not the company's fault for sending out a bad product or unhealthy looking plants because as of the time of writing this review ( day 2 ) they all look to be doing quite well and looking healthy . these arrived in perfect condition; no duplicates, all are stunning and unique. packed well and arrived fast as well. all are pictured here in my big planter except one that was pink that got its own little pink cermanic planter i had that matched. they look amazing on top of my bearded dragons tank. and while she’s out of the tank i pop them inside there to get some heat and UVB/A rays. perfection ✨ ... show more

Overall all of the plants came out fine when they arrived, but I've already had one die off but not sure what caused it. I don't have a lot of light coming into my apartment even with the window I had these facing on, so I'm assuming I may need to get a grow light in the future, but I bought these specifically around summer time so I could get the best time to get them used to my place since I live in california. I've had yellowing on the leaves but generally speaking the plant itself seems to be full of water, so it may be overwatering but I'm not sure. Still new to taking care of plants so not the best at being able to judge how much is needed. I have 2 of them planted outside that I haven't had any issues with, but I'm assuming those are likely doing better just due to the airation you get from having plants be in the elements. From these I've gotten 3 other plants from other vendors that seem to be doing a lot better from lessons learned from these plants, so hopefully they can grow back. ... show more

My plants arrived well packaged, looking healthy and fresh. There was a good variety of shapes and colors. Once removed, they appeared strong with enough dirt that needed to be watered. It was easy just to transplant into my flower pot. I thought it was a very good purchase for the cost.

This is my second time ordering this pack of succulents. I am a new plant mama, and I have been trying my best with these succulents during the winter in Chicago! With sunlight, supplemental light and infrequent watering, these babies are blossoming nicely! Some plants arrived with broken leaves and damage as expected, but nothing major. Overall, if you want to order plants online and are successful at helping them grow, this is a good option. HOWEVER, the 3 stars is due to customer service and in my opinion, false advertising. Crystal was quick to respond to me in the beginning, but then began ignoring me. With these plants, Crystal, the owner, adds that if you adopt a cat or dog within two weeks of purchase, they send 24 plants to you. What an awesome win win- supporting local rescue, dog adoption, and free plants! So I did adopt a dog within this time frame( we had been fostering for a while and we knew our boy was part of our family with three other rescues). I ended up making a second purchase of these plants and I emailed crystal with all requested info to show that I adopted within two weeks of my first purchase. Her instructions stated what I needed to submit and the time frame rules, and I did those. I didn’t email her about them within the two weeks, I emailed about the rescue after supporting her business with a second purchase and a friendly request for her to honor her offer. I am sad to say I will not be buying from her again. The plants are nice and convenient, and they come small so you get to watch them grow, but a business owner who goes back on her own offer and then completely ignores all my proof is crappy practice in my eyes. ... show more
