    • Mini toe jack is the best tool
Used this to replace the front struts on my 2009 MKV MK5 GTI and it worked great. I already had the other spreader tools I was mainly after the toe jack looking thing, and it works great. I would suggest lubing it so it is a bit easier to raise and lower, but otherwise it works great and doesn't easily pop out like the normal strut spreaders. ... show more

Worked great for getting the steering knuckle off the strut on a 13 vw jetta s. 4 stars only because most of the paint chipped off it after one use.

Solid construction. Instead of having to remove the entire knuckle and strut and wrestle with it. Just use the tool and slide the strut right out. I recommend getting 2 if you want really even spreading. For the price it would be stupid not to have one.
