I work from home and already have a treadmill. I was looking for something new to add to my home workout. I came across this stepper and decided to give it a try. I am so glad that I did. First of all, this stepper came already assembled and I did not have to put them together. It also came with Resistance Bands which is an amazing feature for me. My husband ordered this for Mother's Day and I am so happy he did! At first it seemed a bit daunting and let me say you definitely do feel the burn while on this stepper but not so badly that I was unable to use it for the 10-15 minutes each day. I really love how it came with this anti-slide piece that goes underneath it so if you are using yours on hard flooring you won't have to worry about it sliding out from under you at all....it really does stay in place very nicely. I haven't had any issue with sliding at all. I have been using this since Mother's Day and I have rather quickly gone up from 5 minutes at a time to 10 and now 15-20! You will get your cardio and strengthen muscles which is such a great thing when you think about the fact that this is something you are able to do right in the comfort of your own home. I don't know about you but I hate going to the gym, I have this fear of looking stupid since I have no idea what machine to use for what and I get self conscience. I have lost around 10lbs and I definitely feel that the muscles in my legs and glutes are getting much stronger. I usually take my dog for a walk in the morning then I get back, rest for just a bit then get on the stepper and I will feel like I just had the absolute best workout of my life!! Would I recommend this particular stepper? Yes, absolutely!! I got this product, and the weight limit is not 400 lb which is why I bought it it says here that it is for 400lb and it has stopped working not even 3 days in.

The media could not be loaded. Ok. So for starters? I’ve had this for a couple weeks and it is a good little workout for us plus sized girlies too scared to go to the gym. However!! The steps are not adjustable. The resistance bands have no tension in them. The little knob on the front that is supposed to adjust the tension? Is basically decorative. It serves no purpose except maybe to protect the insides from dust(?) That said, At 350 pounds? I needed to do something and even with the tiny steps and no resistance band use? I’ve lost 10lbs in 2 weeks. So good with the bad I guess? I’ll probably purchase a more professional model once I’m under the “maximum weight” for the other ones. For anyone with toddlers? Be forewarned. They will become FASCINATED with the “walky thingy” 😂😂 ... show more
