Been using this product for a while and I liked it, but can confirm the smell only lasts while cleaning.. However the most recent batch that was delivered to me (Aug 25) looks like it went bad. Unfortunately the return window has expired, but i’ll be switching to a different brand. The company reached out to me and not only gave me a full refund but apologized with 4-gallon bottles of this product. When I purchased my new steam mop, I chose to purchase the demineralized water specifically made for it. We quit using this product immediately (one month later) when my housekeeper sent me these pictures. We have pets and grandchildren who visit and work hard to maintain a clean and chemical free home. But what is this? Unfortunately, our return window has expired, so we can not get a refund. The smell was great. Subtle, but we like that. Sadly after comparing prices after this was delivered I realized that the name brand stuff is actually HALF the price and smells SO MUCH better. This is a scam ripoff.
