    • Powerful little addition to my kitchen
I tried a sample bit of wall covering that once in place could not be removed. I tried solvents, scrapping, and all sorts of other methods. Within a few minutes this little machine removed it from my backsplash. Thanks!!!

    • Not safe, poor design
The steam cleaner does not work as described. The water hose is very thin, flimsy, and gets very hot, high risk for severe burns! The nylon bristle attachment is not made for steam cleaning, it melted when used on low steam setting. The excess water that runs out during start up is dangerous! The water tank has a small hole to fill and empty water and it sits on top of the machine, impossible not to get water all over, poor design. I just got it today. I’m so upset! Ive been waiting for almost an hour and it still has not produced any heat from steam. Yea the steam pressure is great but I definitely need the heat that comes with it. I tried Amazon product support and all the bot keeps trying to do is to get me to return it. If SOMEONE could just tell me what’s wrong or what I’m doing wrong that’d be great. Is it a bad heating element? If so I need a replacement. This thing cost a lot. I figured if I spent more money on one I would get a great product. Gah I just need this thing to get hot. ... show more

    • Love the large water tank!
I really like it! The nozzle and hose can get a little hot, but wearing the gloves will help. I love that it has such a large water tank and a large house that attaches to the gun. Overall, I’m very happy with it!
