I originally purchased a small hand held device and realized I needed something which lasted longer and had a bigger tank. I absolutely love this machine. It's incredibly easy to use. It heats up very quickly; can be refilled and back in action in a matter of seconds and does an amazing job. I needed it for the grout on my bathroom floor, but have ended up using it on everything, literally everything. I feel like my house is so clean now. It even get's dirt off the trim and ridges of doors, which piles in the corners, and I've cleaned bathroom sink drains with it, getting all the gunk out. After testing multiple steam cleaners, including the Bissell Heavy Duty and an Amazon brand handheld steamer, I was pleasantly surprised by how powerful and efficient this Steam Cleaner is. It delivers exceptional cleaning performance with a few trade-offs, making it a solid choice depending on your needs. Pros: ✅ Ultra-Fast Heating – Faster Than Advertised One of the biggest advantages of this steamer is the heating time. While advertised at 50 seconds, in my experience, it heated up in about 20 seconds, which is significantly faster than both the Bissell Heavy Duty and the Amazon handheld steamer. The quick heat-up time makes it super convenient when tackling multiple cleaning tasks. ✅ Continuous Steam – No Downtime Unlike the Bissell and Amazon handheld models, this steamer does not require cooldown time between cleaning sessions. With the other two, I found myself waiting for the steamer to reheat, which was frustrating. This machine kept going without interruptions, allowing me to finish cleaning much faster. ✅ Large Water Capacity – No Frequent Refills Another standout feature is its large water tank, which means zero interruptions for refills. With the Bissell and Amazon handheld, I constantly had to stop and refill, disrupting my workflow. This steamer kept going throughout my entire cleaning session without running dry, which was a game-changer. ✅ Compact & Space-Saving Despite its powerful performance, this unit is smaller and more compact than the Bissell Heavy Duty. The steam output is much wetter than the Bissell, which can leave surfaces damp longer than expected. ❌ Short Power Cord – Constantly Replugging One of the biggest drawbacks is the short power cord. I had to unplug and move outlets frequently, which was frustrating when cleaning larger areas. Bissell’s cord is noticeably longer, offering more flexibility. ❌ Hard-to-Press Trigger – Causes Hand Fatigue Compared to the Bissell Heavy Duty, the trigger on this machine is much harder to press. After a long cleaning session, my hand was sore and even shaky from the constant pressure required. This could be an issue for those with arthritis or weaker grip strength. ❌ Awkward Maneuverability – Cords Get Tangled Dragging this steamer around while cleaning floors felt awkward and clunky.     • Burn Risk - Do Not Buy!!!

The media could not be loaded. This worked perfectly for about 5 minutes and then steam started coming out of the trigger and attachment points (see video). I quickly turned off the machine, let it cool down and tried using it again - This time when I pressed the trigger scolding hot water started spewing out of the tigger, attachment points and the end and hit me in the face and neck. This happened on the first use - The product is poor quality and needs to be fixed &/or recalled. I have been using steam cleaners since 2009 and I have NEVER had this happen before. ... show more
