Easy to install. You should use studs OR stain and hang a piece of HD plywood to hang at your artistic desire. Each one took less than 15 minutes to install. Four lag bolts is all it took. I did use an included small screw to hang each bike rack to get them level prior to drilling the four holes for the lag bolts. I used an impact wrench and drove the bolts home quickly and effortlessly. The best part of these bike racks are the bikes stick out BUT THEN rotate right or left to conserve space. Each bike nests with the other, similar to clothes in a closet, but then expands to get one or more of the bikes down to ride. GREAT SPACE SAVING DESIGN! ... show more

Purchased four of these for our fat tire fat bikes. The second bike from the right had a 5” X 26” tire on it. Initial thoughts. 1- Super easy to install. Find the studs in your wall, drill the holes, screw in lag bolts. Viola! 2 - The racks were sturdy and the bikes held up well and very easy to swing bike from side to side. 3 - the quality of the racks appears standard. One of the screws head was only partially threaded and so I’ll have to get a new one at the local HD 4 - 1 year warranty unless you register the product and then it is a 5 year 5 - also the recommendations for drill bit size was too big in my opinion. First lay bolt was a pretty loose insertion. Overall this was a great way to clean up the garage and keep our bikes from dinging one another. ... show more

We bought these swivel hanging bike racks for our new fat tire bikes and they’re perfect! It was easy for me to take my bike down and put it back up on the rack and I’m a wimpy girl. My husband installed these quickly, found the studs, screwed them in and it was done. I like that they’re off the floor and you can swivel them left or right. These are severely over priced but once they're up, you won't be dissapointed. The width of the tire rack doesn't keep the wheel aligned as it will lay to the left or right, against the framing. This prevents the rear wheel from staying into the "keeper" which is just a cheap small V shaped piece of plastic. The rest tire wants to pull away, causing it to wander outside of it. Not a total deal breaker, but for the price, there should be options for TIRE WIDTH.... not everyone ride these dumb FAT tire bikes. These bikes are a trendy, fad. I am thinking about putting tubular foam or PVC on the tire rack bars to narrow the open width. This will keep the tire, aligned and straight, forcing the rear wheel to lay against the keeper and wall. ... show more
