    • Great way to save space in a garage
Excellent product, very easy to install. The one minor thing I wish it would do is swivel closer to 180 degrees. I believe the published rotation is 160 degrees. I swiveled my bikes against the wall but they tend to pull off a bit as it’s probably close to the rotation limit. During winter months while not in use I’d like to be able to rotate the handle bars on the bikes and get the nearly parallel to the walls. However these are still highly recommended! ... show more

The media could not be loaded. I was not expecting these to be as sturdily as they are when seeing the photos but they are very well made. measurements on instructions are in metric so be ready to convert but overall a very simple installation other than I needed to get special wall anchors for my particular installation. The caps over the bolt anchors were a bit difficult to get off and back on and I was concerned they might snap but all went well. I also staggered the heights of the two units having one higher up as you can see in the video I shot with my friend Lynda demonstrating. I staggered to make tighter use of the space I had to work with and it worked out great! Awesome product ... show more

    • Great rack to organize bikes
This rack is a little pricy but works very well, saving space, and organizing the bikes and it’s easy to access the bikes. I recommend it.

    • Great Product, high quality, built to last, easy to install.
I bought the two pack for two road bikes and the separate fender pack for two cruisers I had taking up too much space in my garage. Prime shipping was fast and these shipped via UPS. The packaging was compact and easy to open with a box cutter. I had been following this company since they were a kickstarter and had seen their videos so I knew what to expect when I received their product. The steadyrack themselves are well built and you can tell a lot of thought has been put into everything from the design, the packaging, the instructions, their website and so on. Before you get started you need the following items: a box cutter, a tape measure, a pencil, a Philips screwdriver, a socket wrench, a spirit level, a 13mm socket, and the instructions call for a 10mm and a 8mm drill bits, but I used 1/4" and 3/16" drill bits. I also purchased a studfinder from Amazon to ensure I got my holes just right. Steady rack has an excellent installation video on their website at steadyrack.com/video, but their instructions are fairly clear as well and are written using metric as well as imperial measurements. It is very clearly stated that you must mount the Steadyrack into framing studs or masonry or it will void the 12 month warranty. You should not fix the Steadyrack directly to drywall. Installation took about 10 minutes per rack. Overall, this is a high quality item and worth the price paid considering I foresee this lasting many years to come. It frees up valuable space, holds the bike without damaging or putting stress on the tire or frame, and is very easy to load/unload.
