Pee would always stick to the side and it would stink. This thing is SO easy to clean — nothing sticks to it. It keeps the litter fresh longer, and I have never smelled anything coming from it. The media could not be loaded. I got this litter box as my cat is getting bigger and he was previously in a smaller plastic litter box. We use pine pellet litter. I love this litter box. It's much bigger than our previous one and my cat has a lot more room to go to the bathroom. I also feel it's much more cleanly as I noticed that a smell does not cling to the stainless steel and it's a lot easier to clean when I want to wash the pan. I love that. It has three different ways to have it set up being partially or fully enclosed and I love that it has multiple points of entry. It even has a little holder on the side for the litter scooper, which works great for the pellets. They sift through the holes very easily. And the box came with really cute cat stickers with a variety of different colored cats so you can pick the one that looks like your cat and write his name on it to label the litter box. This is my first time switching to a stainless steel litter box and I’m loving it so far. It’s large enough to hold plenty of litter but small enough for my apartment! The plastic on my other litter box was starting to retain the smell and became impossible to clean. But, with the stainless steel it’s super clean and does not retain the smell!!!!! The media could not be loaded. We have been loving our stainless steel litter box! We have three cats but you would never be able to tell - this litter box does a great job of containing the “cat smell” that can come from different brands of litter, etc. It has a sleek look that doesn’t feel like some clunky plastic box in the corner of the living room. The door for privacy is great, as well as the two entry / exit points. There is a convenient storage slot for the scooper and it even comes with a locking door and litter catcher. There really is little to no mess, we just use a puppy pad as our fur babies can be a little messy at times but honestly the litter catcher does a great job. 10 out of 10! ... show more
