I recently got this dough scraper kitchen tool, and it's pretty great! It's super handy when I'm making cookies or bread. The blade is sharp but not too sharp, so it cuts through dough easily. The handle feels comfortable to hold, and it's easy to grip. Cleaning it is a breeze because dough doesn't stick to it much. It also has measurements along two of the sides which was very convenient. Comes with a decent edge to it where i was actually chopping some veggies with it too lol was just curious so i had to try =P it cut carrots! The only reason I didn't give it 5 stars is that I wish it had some cool colors or designs to choose from. But overall, it's a useful tool for baking, and I'm happy with it. ... show more

This is definitely a commercial kitchen quality bench knife! Very well made, and professional grade materials used. And did I mention the awesome bowl scraper it comes with? I honestly like it even better than the bench knife. There is only one con with this set, and that is that the handle of the bench knife is not ergonomically designed . I can see it becoming uncomfortable if you’re going to be using it for large amounts of dough that requires more time than just a couple loaves of bread or a batch or two of dinner rolls. ... show more

I’d been wanting a dough scraper for a while, and I’m really glad I finally got these. The measurement markings help me when I’m making baguettes or other recipes involving dividing the dough. This way, I can ensure I’ve rolled the dough out to the proper size and cut the same sized pieces for more uniform results. I also feel like I waste less dough with this because it scrapes up neatly down to the pastry board. I keep one handy right by the pastry board, but I also reach for it when I need to figure out measurement equivalents. The handle makes it easy to grip and use without my hand cramping, and the edge is sharp enough to do a good job with slicing through dough. I love this item just for the silicone/plastic dough scraper, that shape works wonders on any bowl on any dough, the steel bench knife though, that is smaller (in height) than the usual, so you will probably not like it or will take some used to.
