And this lovely chopper has my potatoes chopped and ready to boil in just a few brief minutes. A great time saver and saves my hands and wrists. One warning- this thing has sharp blades, which is why it works so well. Read the instructions that come with it and be very careful handling the blades. Once you get the hang of assembling it, it works well. I especially like that I can put the pieces in the dishwasher for easy cleanup.

I really like this chopper. I have had it for about 6 months and use it a lot. It is great for onions. I cut the onion in half or quarter if it is very large, and bam! One chopped onion. Works great for apples, zucchini, potatoes; any firm vegetable that isn’t to hard. It won’t chop soft vegetables like tomatoes. It struggles to chop carrots or sweet potatoes. The large blade will do it if you are careful to slice the pieces 1/2 inch or less thick, and don’t make the pieces too big. I don’t often use the smaller dice blade. That one would definitely not handle hard vegetables. It does dice onions very well. The best part about this chopper is that you can buy replacement blades. I don’t ever use the other attachments. Be aware that the blades are VERY sharp. I have replacement blades, but they are still in the box. ... show more

I would have taken a picture but using this, and cleaning it went so fast. I'm someone who likes to have frozen chopped onions in the refrigerator. I've gotten into the habit of buying bags of chopped frozen onions. Even when I have a bulk bag of onions in my pantry, when dinner needs to be made fast I reach for those frozen onions. Today I took half a bulk bag of onions and very quickly made them into diced onion meal portions I could stick in my freezer. Easy to use, easy to clean, and it won't take up much storage space.
