for the price it's great. Could be sturdier but for the price does the job nicely. Trick for tomatoes to get a nice small cube for Pico or bruschetta is to only use firmer tomatoes, not well ripped soft tomatoes. Also, all items placed on grates, SLAP and Slam the lid down. I found a strong little snap down compared to a push it way more effective. Plus I can get in a rhythm of slap it closed, open and put another layer of fruit veggie down and slap close and pretty quickly the pico is done. It chops!!! Blades are sharp. Gloves are great. However it doesn't chop easily and you will find black plastic pieces which is annoying. I cleaned with brush multiple times. I believe the blades are slicing pieces off of the top part which pushes food thru blades. Dishwasher safe.

Plastic breaks off when you chop any veggie. Onions, carrots whatever. Don’t buy it. I’m actually really disappointed that they’re selling this and it’s barely been used and plastic is breaking off. I cut everything into smaller pieces for it to chop and it shouldn’t have plastic breaking off into your food. I wish I could get my money back and give this zero stars.
