The reason for 1 less star is worth mentioning - sure to clean very well before each use in the beginning. I haven’t used all the attachments but so far it is amazing! I have chopped some veg and separated eggs- so handy and easy to use. All the pieces come apart for washing and cleaning brushes are included in case you need them. My only thing I need to figure out is how to store all the attachments. I am not as impressed as I thought I would be. It does do onions good though. But I cannot for the life of me figure out how to put those grating pieces back in there container. So they are all in a zip loc for storage and safety when I grab them. I will say the added brush and scraper to clean it was a great added attraction to clean the equipment with. It holds about 2 large onions on the big grid in the container when dicing. But sure beat dicing them by hand. ... show more

Where has this been all my life?! I've seen these before but for some reason never thought to buy one. It seems the older I get, the more tedious I find chopping vegetables etc. In the past, I've even not made a dish because i just didn't feel like doing all the required chopping. So I gave this a whirl due to the great reviews. What a time saver! There's inserts for just about any size you want the end product to be. I especially hate chopping onions but using this makes it so easy! I cut the onion into fourths, place it over the blades, press the lever and voila! Be careful, though, whenever handing the blade inserts because they are super sharp. I cut my finger just picking one up because I wasn't careful where I grabbed it. Another thing I especially like is that all the components fit into the bottom part for easy storage so you don't have the issue of not being able to find a particular blade you need. The only thing I would change would be to make the lid snap in place but that is just a very minor inconvenience. ... show more

Plastic breaks off when you chop any veggie. Onions, carrots whatever. Don’t buy it. I’m actually really disappointed that they’re selling this and it’s barely been used and plastic is breaking off. I cut everything into smaller pieces for it to chop and it shouldn’t have plastic breaking off into your food. I wish I could get my money back and give this zero stars.
