I like it Not great for herbs. Excellent for slicing thin and grating. I'll edit after using it for more things. I know this is a no brainer but I'm amazed how dangerous the blades are. As a matter of fact I'm moving this unit to higher shelving for safety reasons. Be extremely careful not to touch, glance or hit the blade attachment when disassembling and cleaning. Seriously I barely clipped one of the dice attachment and bled for an hour! Got me twice. Sharper than a razor blade. Good value, so far it's a winner here. ... show more

This veggie chopper cuts soft veggies into very small pieces. The slicer slices EXTREMELY thin. Think potato chip thin. Yes, I wanted to use it to slice potatoes but the resulting slices were potato chip thin. There's no way to adjust the thickness and no additional tool you can buy to solve the problem. It's challenging to push potatoes through the slicer at times. It seems to work best with soft veggies. The lack of instructions on how to use the finger guard is a problem. No, it's not obvious and figuring it out caused me to slice my palm. I think they would be better off focusing on fewer fancy cutting options and improve upon a few basic options to make them better. It's not terribly sturdy, but as long as you use it only for soft veggies, it's ok. When this one breaks, I will definitely replace it with something better. ... show more

As someone who has used the MAIPOR Vegetable Chopper, I have to say that while it can be a useful kitchen tool, it also comes with some downsides that users should be aware of before purchasing. One of the biggest issues I had with this chopper was that it can be quite dangerous if not used with caution. I unfortunately cut my finger while using it, and ended up needing three stitches to close the wound. It's important to be careful when using any sharp kitchen tools, but I found that the blades on this chopper can be particularly unforgiving.
