These were the best I could find to be able to do both a minimal angle to do ATG squats while compensating for marginal ankle immobility, as well as a 30 degree angle to do knee/quad-biased front squats and split squats. Perfect for doing the Knees Over Toes program and beats raising the heel on dumbbells or plates. The interlocking system works great. The only negative is that the wedges can move ever so slightly when you move your feet off them after the set, but it's hard to knock the product for that. ... show more
